Gray Glazed Terracotta

Gray Glazed Terracotta is a decorative block with a bold, geometric pattern in shades of dark gray and black. Its design features sharp, angular shapes that resemble arrows or circuit lines, making it ideal for modern, industrial, or futuristic builds. It is created by smelting Gray Stained Terracotta in a furnace.

The block’s pattern is directionally sensitive—when placed, its texture rotates based on the direction the player is facing. Arranging four blocks in a 2×2 square with the correct orientation forms a seamless and symmetrical pattern. This makes it especially useful for floor tiles, mazes, or guiding pathways.

Gray Glazed Terracotta can be pushed by pistons but cannot be pulled by sticky pistons, and it does not stick to slime or honey blocks. This makes it useful in redstone machines where block separation is necessary.

When placed under a note block, it produces a bass drum sound. Players can also acquire it through trades with expert-level mason villagers, who may offer it in exchange for emeralds.
