Green Glazed Terracotta
Green Glazed Terracotta is a block in Minecraft. It can be mined and collected.
Green Glazed Terracotta is a decorative block that features a bold green pattern ideal for detailed flooring, walls, and pixel art. It is created by smelting Green Stained Terracotta in a furnace, which itself is crafted from terracotta and green dye.
When placed, the block’s texture rotates based on the direction the player is facing. Arranging multiple blocks in a specific orientation allows players to create a continuous, symmetrical design, perfect for intricate patterns and mosaics.
Green Glazed Terracotta is also available through trading with expert-level mason villagers, who may offer it in exchange for emeralds. While the block is solid, it does not stick to slime or honey blocks, making it suitable for redstone contraptions. It can be pushed by pistons, but cannot be pulled by sticky pistons.
Like other glazed terracotta variants, it can be placed under a note block to produce a bass drum sound.
