Blue Harness is an essential equipment item that transforms happy ghasts into rideable mounts in Minecraft. This classic variant features distinctive vintage-style aviator goggles and deep blue decorative curtains, making it both functional and aesthetically timeless. The Blue Harness offers a noble, oceanic appearance that complements water-themed builds and provides a reliable, traditional look.

The Blue Harness crafting recipe requires leather, glass, and blue wool arranged in a specific pattern. Players can also create it by dyeing any existing harness with blue dye. Happy ghasts naturally follow players holding blue harnesses if they aren't already equipped with one.

When equipped on a happy ghast, the Blue Harness enables up to four players to ride simultaneously. The aviator goggles automatically lower over the ghast's eyes during riding and raise when dismounted, providing clear visual indication of the mount's status. Upon dismounting, the happy ghast snaps to the nearest cardinal direction, allowing players to stand on it like a solid block. Blue harnesses can be removed using shears.
