Red Harness is an essential equipment item that transforms happy ghasts into rideable mounts in Minecraft. This vibrant variant features distinctive vintage-style aviator goggles and bold red decorative curtains, making it both functional and aesthetically striking. The Red Harness offers a dynamic, eye-catching appearance that complements fire-themed builds and provides a passionate, adventurous look.

The Red Harness crafting recipe requires leather, glass, and red wool arranged in a specific pattern. Players can also create it by dyeing any existing harness with red dye. Happy ghasts naturally follow players holding red harnesses if they aren't already equipped with one.

When equipped on a happy ghast, the Red Harness enables up to four players to ride simultaneously. The aviator goggles automatically lower over the ghast's eyes during riding and raise when dismounted, providing clear visual indication of the mount's status. Upon dismounting, the happy ghast snaps to the nearest cardinal direction, allowing players to stand on it like a solid block. Red harnesses can be removed using shears.
