Cinnabar Bricks
Cinnabar Bricks is a block in Minecraft. It can be crafted. It is used to craft other items.
Cinnabar Bricks are a decorative solid block that represent a polished, refined form of cinnabar stone. Their reddish hue makes them a distinctive choice for builders looking to add warm-toned stonework to their structures, and they appear as a reddish color on in-game maps.
Cinnabar Bricks can be obtained in a couple of ways. The primary crafting method involves arranging four Polished Cinnabar blocks in a 2×2 grid, which yields four Cinnabar Bricks in return. Alternatively, a stonecutter can be used to produce them directly from either raw Cinnabar or Polished Cinnabar, offering a more flexible route depending on what materials are available. It is worth noting that Cinnabar Bricks are non-renewable, so resources should be managed carefully.
As a solid block, Cinnabar Bricks have a hardness of 1.5 and a blast resistance of 6. At minimum, a wooden pickaxe is required to mine them — breaking them without any pickaxe will not yield a drop. They are also non-flammable, making them a reliable material in fire-prone environments.
Cinnabar Bricks serve as the foundation for a broader family of decorative blocks, including Cinnabar Brick Slabs, Cinnabar Brick Stairs, and Cinnabar Brick Walls, all of which can be crafted at a crafting table or cut using a stonecutter. When placed underneath a note block, they cause it to produce a Bass Drum instrument sound.
