Lily Pad

Lily Pad is a flat, solid block that naturally generates on water in swamps and wheat farm rooms in woodland mansions. It can also be obtained through fishing with a 1.7% chance or traded from wandering traders in sets of two for one emerald.

Lily Pads can be placed only on water, ice, or frosted ice, creating walkable paths without the need for bridges. They break instantly when mined or when water flows over them. Boats also destroy them on impact. While blocks can be placed on top of Lily Pads, they appear to hover rather than rest on them.

Lily Pads are unique as they do not prevent fishing treasure items from spawning and can serve as a starting point for ocean construction. Additionally, they can be composted with a 65% chance to increase the compost level, making them a useful resource for farming.
