Pumpkin Seeds
Pumpkin Seeds is an item in Minecraft. It is crafted from 1 Pumpkin.
Pumpkin Seeds are a crop item obtained by crafting a pumpkin, breaking naturally generated pumpkins, or looting chests in mineshafts and villages. They are used to grow pumpkin crops when planted on tilled farmland.
When planted, Pumpkin Seeds grow through eight stages before producing a pumpkin stem. Unlike other crops, the stem does not break when fully grown but instead spawns pumpkins on adjacent dirt, grass, farmland, or moss blocks. Applying bone meal speeds up the stem’s growth, but it does not affect pumpkin spawning.
Pumpkin Seeds can also be used to breed and lure chickens or trade with novice-level farmer villagers. Due to their renewable nature and multiple uses, they are an essential crop for farming and automation.
