Feather is an item in Minecraft. It can be obtained by trading with villagers. It is used to make Brush and Arrow.

Feathers are obtained by killing chickens and parrots or looting chests in structures such as villages and ancient cities. They are a renewable resource, often farmed through chicken farms.

Adult chickens drop 0–2 Feathers upon death. The maximum is increased by 1 per level of Looting, for a maximum of 0–5 with Looting III.

Parrots drop 1–2 Feathers upon death. The maximum is increased by 1 per level of Looting, for a maximum of 1–5 with Looting III.

Feathers are primarily used to craft arrows, books and quills, and firework stars. They are essential for ranged combat with bows and crossbows, making them a valuable resource for players who rely on archery.
