Cold Oceans generate on the Overworld surface in cool regions, between the temperate ocean and the icy frozen ocean, often off the coast of taiga and snowy biomes. The water is a darker grey-blue and cold enough that dolphins stay away, but it is not frozen over like a frozen ocean.
