Power is an enchantment in Minecraft. It can be applied up to level 5.

Power is a bow enchantment that significantly increases arrow damage, making it essential for ranged combat and hunting activities. This powerful enchantment can be obtained through enchanting tables, villager trading, fishing, and loot chests found in various Minecraft structures throughout the world.

Power comes in five levels, increasing arrow damage by 50%, 75%, 100%, 125%, and 150% respectively using the formula 25% × (level + 1). At maximum Power V, arrows deal devastating damage capable of one-shotting many hostile mobs and severely damaging stronger enemies.

This enchantment proves invaluable for PvP combat, mob farming, and long-range hunting expeditions. Power excels in situations requiring high single-shot damage, making it perfect for taking down tough mobs like creepers, skeletons, and blazes from safe distances. Endermen are the notable exception — they teleport away from arrows and other projectiles instead of taking damage, so a bow is no use against them. Combined with other bow enchantments like Infinity or Flame, Power creates versatile ranged weapons suitable for any combat scenario or survival situation.
