Piglin
Piglin is a neutral mob found in the Nether. It is hostile toward players unless they wear at least one piece of golden armor. Piglins can be bartered with gold ingots, exchanging them for a variety of useful items.
Piglins do not drop any special items beyond their usual equipment and loot when killed. They typically wield a golden sword or a crossbow, determining whether they attack with melee or ranged attacks. Piglins cannot be bred, but baby piglins spawn naturally and never grow up. Unlike adults, baby piglins do not hold weapons or attack and will take gold ingots without giving anything in return.
Piglins are neutral toward players wearing golden armor but become hostile if a player removes gold armor, attacks them, or opens a chest or shulker box nearby. They snort enviously when players hold a gold-related item, showing their obsession with gold. Adult piglins can be given gold ingots by either dropping them nearby or using them while looking at a piglin. When this happens, the piglin picks up the gold, examines it, and then drops a random item in return. Piglins do not attack players during the bartering process.
Piglins avoid soul fire, soul torches, soul lanterns, and zombified piglins. If they enter the Overworld, they shake violently and eventually turn into zombified piglins.
