Carrot

Carrots are a food crop in Minecraft that can be grown by planting them on farmland. When fully grown, breaking the crop yields 1-4 Carrots, making them a renewable and efficient food source.

Carrots can be eaten raw to restore three hunger points or crafted into golden Carrots, which provide high saturation and are used in brewing Potions of Night Vision. They are also used to breed pigs and rabbits and to craft Carrots on a stick for controlling pigs while riding them.

Carrots can be found naturally in village farms and as a rare drop from zombies, husks, and zombie villagers. Due to their versatility as food, breeding material, and potion ingredient, Carrots are a valuable crop in both early and late-game survival.
