Tall Grass
Tall Grass is a block in Minecraft. It can be mined and collected.
A Tall Grass is a two-block-high variant of Short Grass found growing naturally in plains, savannas, meadows, cherry groves, lush caves and pale gardens.
Tall Grass cannot be collected by breaking it but can be found as chest loot in savanna village houses with a 45.9% chance. Breaking it normally has a 12.5% chance to drop wheat seeds. Shearing it gives two short grass instead.
In Java Edition, using bone meal on a grass block or moss block can generate Tall Grass. Bone meal can also be used on short grass to transform it into Tall Grass. Tall Grass can be composted with a 50% chance of increasing the compost level. Like other two-block tall plants, it has a larger hitbox than most plants, except for tall seagrass.
